Annual Colleague Engagement Day 2026

The event will be held at Dunedin House and colleagues are free to drop in throughout the day.

This is a great opportunity to network, engage face-to-face, and access a wide range of interactive and informative activities in one place. 

Our theme for 2026 is "Future Ready", reflecting our commitment to supporting colleagues with the skills, confidence, resilience, and shared culture needed to thrive in an evolving and challenging environment.

This year's programme will be structured around 4 core sub-themes:

• Digital Discovery
• Wellbeing and Resilience
• Engagement and Inclusion
• Powering Our Future Change Programme

We know that not all colleagues are able to attend in person. To make sure everyone can benefit from the day, we are exploring ways to extend the experience across other locations and services. This will include digital solutions, pop‑up sessions, and locally facilitated activities designed to share key content, resources, and messages from the event.
